What type of paper may be submitted?

Authors are invited to submit a working paper that is relevant to the academic themes of the consortium. Submissions should present original research with clear scholarly contribution.

How should I submit my paper?

All papers should be submitted through the official EasyChair submission system using the conference submission link provided on the website.

In what format should the paper be submitted?

Papers should be submitted in PDF format through EasyChair. Authors are advised to ensure that the uploaded file is complete and readable.

May I submit a co-authored paper?

Yes. Co-authored papers are welcome. Authors should ensure that all co-author information is entered accurately in the submission system.

What criteria will be used to evaluate submissions?

All submissions will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee based on originality, rigor, and potential contribution to the field.

Will all submitted papers be accepted for presentation?

No. The Scientific Committee will select papers for presentation. Only accepted papers will be invited for in-person presentation at the consortium.

Is in-person presentation required for accepted papers?

Yes. Accepted papers are expected to be presented in person at the consortium unless otherwise approved by the organizers.

Who is eligible to apply as a PhD student?

Applicants in the PhD student category must be currently enrolled in a doctoral program at the time of submission. They may be required to provide proof of student status, such as a valid student ID card or an official confirmation of enrollment from their university.

Who qualifies as an early-career researcher?

For the purposes of the consortium, early-career researchers are defined as scholars who obtained their PhD in 2022 or later. They may be asked to provide proof of the year in which the degree was awarded.

Who should I contact for further inquiries?

For further inquiries regarding submission, participation, or conference administration, please contact the organizing team via the official conference email address provided on the website.

Is the Gala Dinner compulsory?

Yes. Attendance at the Gala Dinner is compulsory for all participants. The charge is USD 100 per person.

Will the conference provide an invitation letter for visa purposes?

Yes. Upon request, the conference organizers may provide an official invitation letter to registered participants for visa application purposes. Please note that such a letter is issued solely to facilitate the visa process and does not imply any financial support from the conference.
